Enjoy deep relaxation and therapeutic relief as our skilled therapists work your muscles, tendons, and fascia to restore normal movement. Expect less tightness and soreness, with improved joint mobility. Tell us your preferred pressure and any areas needing extra attention. We use hot stones, hot towels, and assisted stretches.

Copper Pot Foot Soaks
More than a foot soak — it helps you unwind, connect with others, and relax. It’s also therapeutic: helps remove toxins and adds magnesium. Choose a soak from our menu made with blended salts. Each soak includes spa water, a heated herbal neck wrap, a scrub for feet and ankles, and a mini foot massage. Your feet will thank you!

Spa Policies & Information
We ask that clients please fill out the online intake form prior to the appointment time and arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before the appointment time to discuss your massage needs/goals.
It is best not to eat heavily or drink large amounts of alcohol directly before receiving spa services.
A quiet space is maintained within the spa. Please remember to turn off or silence your mobile phone as well as utilize a "spa voice". This helps us maintain a relaxing, renewing environment within the spa.
Please let us know if you are running late, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We have a 48-hour cancellation/no show/ reschedule policy to avoid being charged the amount of the service. This will be billed to the credit card on file and is required for booking.
